About Us

NUAN is one of India’s most pioneer manufacturers and retailers of Combat apparel and accessories. We are a design and manufacture company of Combat wear apparel and accessories. We specialize in “On Duty” (referring to uniform wear), and “Off duty” super comfy stylish apparel and other survival gear, with a nod toward durability and consciousness.

We have come a long way since 1917, when we started out as a small modest canteen in Pakistan’s Quetta region by our founding member Seth. Ram Chandra Agarwal. In 30 years and post partition of India-Pakistan in 1947 the workforce grew with two divisions in Jalandhar Army canteen (wet), till 1982 when the canteen expands embodying Training centre, Mobile units, Infantry, Artillery regiments. Also acquiring the first ownership of canteen in Assam (Assam Regiment Centre) region of East India by Mr. Naresh Kumar Agarwal. Followed by opening the first wholesale supply Army shop and canteen in Sadar, Delhi as Shrutika Sales Corporation.

After seven decades of supplying ace quality products to the Indian forces, the company sets up its first manufacturing unit of apparel in Ludhiana region of Punjab in the year 1994. Further opening its first retail shop at Delhi Cantonment and became a registered supplier for the UN Mission in the year 2000.

In 2011 setting up it’s second manufacturing unit for Tactical boots and footwear. The Company launched its online presence in E-commerce Industry by the year 2017, expanding into a fashion label with it’s line of apparel and accessories for the civilians and On-Duty personal for the first time in 2018 as Combat Equipment And Apparels LLP.

You should understand that Products under "On- Duty" Category are only for Defence or Police personnel only and these will be shipped to Govt. address only. In any case the purchase made by a civilian will be stand cancel and amount will be refunded with in 7 working days by the same means or as suitable with both the parties. If a defence or police personnel wants to get his order shipped to civilian address in that case they have to contact us on our number and update us. Each order to Govt address is preferred to send by Indian post or Speed post only.

For Collectors & Film Makers, It is necessary to understand Defence and Police Accouterments & Uniform comes with lot of respect and is are very sensitive in nature due to its impact if used illegally, You are advised to contact us before making any purchase. Specific Documents required in making the purchase are Adhaar Card & Notarized self declaration letter stating the use of item or Recommendation from govt official.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

You can cancel an order within a day of placing the order as the cancel option is available on Website only. If the order will be in packed status then the customer has to update us by call to stop the shipping.

If the order is shipped status, then the customer has to update us on our contact number and self ship the product back to us on their own expense.

You can not return products purchased from our website. We only have Exchange policy, to avail this you have update us by call within the 2 days time of receiving the order. Customer has to self ship the product to us and we will ship back the new product as requested.

Refund will be processed to customer with in 7 working days from the date of cancellation. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made or to its bank account/paytm/gpay/phonepe (similar ac) which will be provided by the customer.
